What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate product sales opportunities and enhancements to distribution partners
- Implement strategies to increase life sales with distribution partners
- Provide coaching on prospecting, sales skills, and product knowledge
- Assist agents in reviewing their book of business to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of life insurance products and riders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Self-motivated with prior sales experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer-driven solutions and support
- Effective experience in leading people and/or projects
- Must obtain a Life insurance license within three months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CLU designation must be obtained within three years
- Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with life insurance products
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring sales teams
