      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, review, and submit invoices through federal invoicing platforms, ensuring compliance with agency-specific and contract requirements
      - Review contract terms, purchase orders, and funding modifications for accurate billing
      - Monitor unbilled receivables and proactively resolve invoice holds, rejections, or discrepancies
      - Act as a liaison between internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes
      - Support system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives within the Order Management function

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with U.S. Government invoicing platforms such as WAWF, IPP, and Tungsten (OB10)
      - Understanding of federal billing compliance and invoicing requirements
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy due to strict government contract requirements
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of billing experience, particularly with federal or government customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ECAT platform is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and billing systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
      - Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with a commitment to operational excellence
