What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute field trials that support product development and regulatory strategies
- Collaborate with growers, researchers, and internal teams to generate high-quality data
- Develop trial protocols and contribute to scientific and regulatory reports
- Manage timelines, field resources, and data systems to ensure efficient project progress
- Oversee field activities and support demonstrations across various locations in California
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A degree in agriculture, biology, entomology, or a related scientific field
- Experience thinking critically in dynamic field settings
- Strong data instincts for collecting, interpreting, and translating data into insights
- Excellent communication skills with a curiosity to explore new ideas
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing conditions, along with a CA DPR QAL or the ability to obtain one within 3 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of pest management, experimental design, or pheromone-based technologies
- Experience with international trial standards or regulatory systems
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Familiarity with statistical tools, GIS platforms, or digital data systems
