      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques
      - Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
      - Conduct pre-sales calls and demonstrate online products using web-based tools
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with small law firm customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
      - Gather and log call information and sales activity in the CRM system accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
      - Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
      - Strong sales process and negotiating skills
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree in business, sales, or a related field
      - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, particularly in negotiation
      - Experience in the legal technology or related industry
