      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver on credit program objectives for applications, new accounts, and credit sales through initiatives in stores
      - Develop relationships with stakeholders to enhance credit performance and customer experience
      - Assess store-level performance issues and provide actionable insights
      - Collaborate with marketing to drive improved credit performance strategies
      - Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate risks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management; or HS diploma/equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
      - At least 2 years of client relationship/development management experience
      - Experience working with C-Suite level management
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience in telecommunications, particularly wireless products/services
      - Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to engage with leaders at all levels
      - Openness to coaching and a strong customer-focused mindset
      - Experience with Salesforce and private label sales and marketing
      - Greenbelt Training certification
