What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inspections and communicate about warranty and quality items to internal staff and external customers in the Midwest
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all company products to answer customer inquiries and evaluate returned tires
- Travel 50% of the time to customer locations for inspections and support
- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and tire industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the tire or automotive industries
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience in a related field
- Familiarity with tire industry regulations and competitor products
- Experience with warranty and quality assurance processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of innovative tire technologies
