What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate hands-on installation training for automotive films, ensuring consistent learning outcomes and adherence to best practices
- Deliver clear technical explanations of film behavior, product differences, application techniques, and troubleshooting methods
- Provide technical support and product guidance to internal sales teams and external installer customers
- Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, and curriculum frameworks aligned with product specifications
- Establish and maintain a safe, professional, and well-organized training environment in all locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years proven installation experience with automotive films, including paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and vinyl wrap
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a training environment, responsible for developing training content and instructional materials
- Documented experience delivering installation training or conducting technical demonstrations in a professional environment
- Valid and current certifications (or ability to certify on the job) from 3M or Avery Dennison in relevant automotive film products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience, particularly in interactions with shop owners
- Strong technical understanding of automotive films and exposure to wrap shop or production environments
- Ability to learn Salesforce
