What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop new business prospects for Finance & Insurance products in the automotive sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage and grow assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with field team members for seamless program implementation and customer relationship strengthening
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in sales or the automotive industry, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology
- Understanding of Finance & Insurance products and the automotive market
- Must reside within the required territory of Southern Florida
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management roles
- Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual)
- Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology
- Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups
