Hiring, recruiting, management, training, and scheduling of full, part time and per diem staff whose positions may include exercise physiologist, exercise specialist, membership sales specialist, exercise coordinator, fitness supervisor, personal trainer and group fitness instructors to successfully operate the fitness center and fitness programs.
Oversee group exercise component; schedule classes, assist in the development and promotion of the program.
Process employee and per diem payroll and manage membership processing
Responsible to plan and execute strategies to achieve membership sales goals.
Address and resolve member concerns on an ongoing basis.
Manage fitness center, locker room and indoor pool facility related issues; including standards compliance and manage and schedule fitness equipment maintenance.
Bachelor ’ s Degree in Hospitality Management or Operations or equivalent experience.
2-4 years providing customer service in fitness environment.
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and to learn multiple new computer systems.
Experience in dealing with high volume of guest inquiries.
People oriented with positive attitude , professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
CPR training (preferred).
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

The Center for Health & Wellbeing at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the operations of our state-of-the-art Fitness Facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, while overseeing group fitness programming, staff training, and daily facility operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to Four Seasons standards and behaviors.
