What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct fitting experiences at consumer events, matching golfers with the right equipment
- Represent the Titleist brand at 30-150 events per season, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday
- Provide industry-leading product knowledge and coordinate event logistics
- Build lasting connections with dedicated golfers to enhance their performance
- Ensure a seamless experience for participants at fitting events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experienced club fitter with a passion for golf performance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with technology including TrackMan and mobile apps
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
- Required driver's license and Social Security card
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable standing outdoors for 5-8 hours per day, year-round
