      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and strengthen customer and channel relationships
      - Manage or support distributor, contractor, wholesale, and retail partner accounts
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region
      - Conduct in-person customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
      - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to support customer needs and market growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
      - Sales experience in roles such as Territory Manager, Inside Sales, Distributor/Wholesale Sales, or Retail/Outside Sales
      - Experience specifically in building materials, wholesale distribution, plumbing/HVAC construction, or similar channel-based industries
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

      - Proven success managing distributor or multi-stakeholder customer accounts
