      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full enterprise sales cycle for airlines and large enterprises, achieving multi-million ACV goals
      - Lead outbound prospecting and execution of enterprise deals while building and advancing the sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy and build the future sales organization
      - Design and execute pilots that convert into long-term production contracts with established success metrics
      - Navigate complex procurement and legal processes to ensure successful deal closures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
      - Demonstrated experience launching new sales motions or regions, including pipeline building and pricing strategies
      - Consistent achievement of multimillion-dollar annual quotas and multi-year contracts
      - Proven ability to convert paid pilots into multi-year production contracts with defined success metrics
      - Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of AI consumption models and pricing structures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to or partnering with leaders in travel, customer support, or digital transformation
      - Familiarity with key metrics relevant to customer experience leaders, such as CSAT and cost per contact
      - Understanding of CCaaS, agent assist, or workflow automation technologies
