What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect daily through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to build your book of business
- Pitch shippers and convert conversations into contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales skills with a focus on closing deals
- Experience in freight brokerage or trucking sales is a plus

- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
- Existing shipper contacts are a major bonus
