Job Description
- Req#: 6527920
- Identifies, researches, and resolves routine technical problems.
- Responds to telephone, email and on-line requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors reported/identified help desk “tickets” using applicable systems and tools.
- Develops and maintains sufficient competence with systems used by bank personnel.
- Assists and supports other technology and security personnel as necessary.
- Completes reports as needed.
- Embrace and demonstrate qualities that support the Bank's Brand and Culture. Ensure optimal standards are adhered to for Brand.
- Building the Bank.
- Performs additional duties as requested.

Provides support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
