      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a dedicated point of contact for mid-level nonprofit customers, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle
      - Proactively address customer issues before they escalate, turning potential problems into opportunities
      - Identify organic upsell opportunities by understanding customers' unique needs and goals
      - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and ensure a customer-first approach
      - Manage customer renewals and upsell cycles, ensuring compliance and favorable contract terms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in the nonprofit sector
      - Strong customer-centric focus with a passion for ensuring customer success
      - Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
      - Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills
      - Technical proficiency in working with CRMs and email marketing tools

      - Experience in sales and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
