      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage trusted relationships with accounting firm partners to deepen engagement with Gusto
      - Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new firms into the Gusto Pro ecosystem
      - Lead consultative conversations to align Gusto's solutions with partner business goals
      - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance partner experience
      - Support the onboarding process for accounting firms to maximize the value of Gusto's platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of professional sales experience in payroll, HCM, SaaS, or HR tech, focused on accounting firms
      - 2+ years of proven success managing or acquiring a book of business with measurable quota attainment
      - Experience working with accountants or in payroll, HR tech, or financial services
      - Strong consultative, relationship-based sales skills
      - Proven ability to conduct value-driven conversations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consultative sales role within the accounting or financial services industry
      - Familiarity with Gusto's platform and services
      - Knowledge of payroll and human capital management systems
      - Strong networking skills within the accounting community
