What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure their policies are accurate
- Utilize CRM systems to collect first premiums and activate Life Insurance policies
- Engage with internet-generated leads to warm up potential customers for the Sales Team
- Explain policy benefits and assist with necessary paperwork and correspondence
- Execute special projects involving outbound calls for campaigns related to sister companies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or professional environment experience
- Must be comfortable collecting payments via credit card and bank draft
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
- 1+ years of office experience or telecommunications experience
- Background knowledge in Life and Health insurance operations
- Demonstrated mathematical abilities and strong alpha and number recognition skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
