Job Description
• Support appointment scheduling
• Customer service via email, and call.
• Confidently handle calls, including those from challenging or frustrated customers, while maintaining a professional and calm approach
• Manage social media account through Buffer (one post per month)
• Send service packages to customers and reply to their concerns.
Skill Set
• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting and general virtual assistance. • Ability to stay calm, professional, and confident when handling difficult or frustrated callers. • Strong verbal and written skills for managing high-volume calls and emails. • Proficiency in using Buffer to schedule and manage monthly posts. • Highly organized and capable of managing recurring tasks with minimal supervision.About the company
