What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support genetic counseling services for patients undergoing genetic tests, particularly preimplantation genetic testing
- Coordinate the genetic testing process among genetic counselors, laboratory locations, and administrators
- Facilitate communication between genetic counselors and client healthcare providers
- Assist in various tasks depending on interest and performance
- Work collaboratively with other genetic counseling assistants and counselors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field preferred
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of employment
- Strong empathy and respect for patients and their situations
- Superior writing ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Interest in a career path in genetic counseling and/or infertility/ART
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the company
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in a healthcare-related environment
