Global Account Manager for Danish Vodafone accounts

- Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue, connections for voice and data, market share and net margin contribution
- Establishes appropriate relationships with Vodafone customers and leverages those relationships to win new business in a cooperation with the National Account Managers at TDC Erhverv
- Ensures virtual team works collaboratively with all other functions within Vodafone to drive the Vodafone
- Global Enterprise agenda and ensure alignment
- Works with Vodafone corporate sales areas and customer fulfilment and delivery areas, to ensure that international and national strategies are aligned, complementary and deliver value to customers
- Key company liaison responsible for developing solid one-to-one long-term relationships with key decision makers/ influencers up to C Level.
- Works in partnership with Customer Fulfilment and pre and post sales areas to ensure seamless introduction of new product services and propositions to the designated accounts
- Introduces new products and propositions to key decision makers within the customer through relationship and stakeholder management
- Ability to gain deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers in account organization
- Ability to translate customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant VGE propositions
- Preferred proven record of global account management with global enterprise solution selling within multi-national companies (3 years minimum)
- Deep work experience in Telecommunications / IT Industry
- Proven history of working in complex multi-national matrixed organizations
- Strategic Business Development focus and drive sales transformation programs
- Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team
- Manage global customer relationship up to C-Level
- Deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers in account organization
- Ability to translate customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant VGE propositions
- English and Danish Language written and verbal competency
- Excellent communicator

Responsible for the cooperation with large and international Vodafone Enterprises
Do you want a key role within an area in growth, and where your job will be to develop and strengthen the cooperation with a small group of international enterprises, with a Danish HQ. Do you see yourself as our customers advisor within the area of communication, classic mobility as well as growth areas such as cloud services and IoT?
The Global Account Manager will manage global customer relationship for approx. 8 Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) accounts, aligning Vodafone Operating Companies, Affiliates and Partners and to drive profitable and long-term revenue contribution, customer satisfaction and increased market share from integrated product, service, and mobile solution offerings.
You will manage and lead C-level customer relationships between Vodafone and Accounts in a close cooperation with the National Account Managers at TDC Erhverv.
