      • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a consultative partner to HRBPs and business leaders by sharing compensation insights and helping align practices with market trends and internal goals.
      • Deliver Compensation Insights: Prepare analyses related to compensation, equity, and headcount to help inform business decisions, workforce planning, and scalable reward strategies.
      • Participate in Compensation Planning: Support the execution of annual compensation cycles by coordinating data inputs, running quality checks, and ensuring data integrity in Workday and related systems.
      • Manage Market Survey Submissions: Own global salary survey submissions and assist in analyzing market data to help develop and refine pay structures across job families and geographies.
      • Ensure Global Compliance: Help track and project manage international compliance needs such as region-specific salary adjustments or mandated pay increases.
      • Support Executive and Board Materials: Assist in preparing data and background materials used by senior leaders and the Board of Directors to support compensation-related discussions and decisions.
      • Drive Special Projects: Support the design and implementation of special compensation projects, including M&A activities, global program launches, and ad hoc reward initiatives.
      • Own cyclical Compensation Operations: Manage regular and ad hoc data processes, including preparing EIB files, maintaining databases, validating plan eligibility, and generating communication materials such as letters.
      • Partner Across Functions: Build strong working relationships with internal partners such as FP&A, Payroll, Legal, and Treasury to ensure effective and aligned compensation execution.
