      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, coach, and scale a global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, establishing clear career paths and ongoing coaching
      - Integrate inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) with outbound prospecting efforts to maximize conversion
      - Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead routing, scoring, and funnel instrumentation
      - Define segmentation logic and calibrate quarterly with Sales Operations for effective market coverage
      - Monitor success metrics and implement AI-driven improvements in conversion rates and pipeline velocity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience implementing AI tools for sales development, such as conversational AI and automated outreach
      - 7+ years in Sales Development/Business Development, with 3+ years leading multi-region teams
      - Hands-on expertise with SalesLoft (or similar), Marketo, LeanData, and Salesforce
      - Exceptional coaching, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
      - Experience reporting into Marketing/Demand Generation organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting to Executive Leadership Teams (ELT)
      - Familiarity with lead lifecycle definitions and routing processes
