  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing pre-sales engineering team focused on financial services products
  - Develop and implement metrics-driven processes to assess team performance and identify improvement opportunities
  - Guide the team in resolving complex customer issues and achieving optimal outcomes in embedded finance and treasury
  - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to shape business strategy and go-to-market plans for the Money Management product suite
  - Act as a company ambassador at industry events and executive briefings, representing Stripe's financial services offerings
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ years of leadership experience in Solutions Architecture or Technical Sales within a SaaS or financial technology environment
  - 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales roles with a focus on enterprise-grade solutions
  - 5+ years of deep industry knowledge in treasury and cash management, corporate card issuing, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS)
  - Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in embedded finance and corporate financial services
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including C-level executives
