What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute global sales strategy for NIQ Next Consulting across FMCG and Tech & Durables sectors
- Drive revenue growth by identifying consulting opportunities and developing innovative solutions
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate with teams to design tailored solutions leveraging data assets and technology
- Mentor and develop sales talent within the consulting practice
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 18+ years of experience in consulting sales, business development, or strategic account management within FMCG and/or Tech & Durables
- Client-side experience and a background in a strategic consulting firm
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work in a global matrix environment and travel internationally as needed
