What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy and enhance candidate experience
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and make informed decisions
- Lead compliance with international employment regulations and company policies
- Manage the global recruitment budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with talent acquisition vendors and partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on leading and developing teams
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and employment laws
- Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
