      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement tailored commercial strategies for Government partnerships within the assigned territory
      - Meet and exceed sales goals specific to the geographic territory
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for all government customer needs
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
      - Accurately maintain and update internal sales and data analytics tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, government/corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations
      - Proven track record of success selling medical devices in the medical technology industry
      - Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization
      - Demonstrated knowledge of product lines, markets, and competitors
      - Strong presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling medical devices to VISNs & DOD, ideally in the laboratory diagnostics space
      - Familiarity with account-level deal strategy development and execution
