  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Prepare and submit grant applications and reports to support the organization's mission and programs
  - Manage the grant calendar and maintain accurate documentation in the donor database
  - Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities and cultivate relationships with funders
  - Collaborate with finance and program managers to ensure compliance and document expenses
  - Represent the organization at community events and assist with other fundraising projects as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of three years of relevant experience in grant proposal writing, prospect research, and reporting
  - Proven record of preparing successful grants and proposals in the nonprofit sector
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with healthcare grantors at regional and national levels
  - Project management experience within a nonprofit context
  - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  - Experience using Raisers Edge or similar CRM platforms
  - Non-profit experience and understanding of diverse community needs
