What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and write funding proposals, request letters, and grant reports
- Perform prospect research to identify new funding sources
- Collaborate with various departments to align proposals with programmatic priorities
- Lead project management for proposal submissions
- Supervise Grants Associate and provide feedback and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development
- Strong understanding of social services and homelessness issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and HMIS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
