      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement projects to promote regenerative agriculture and integrated crop and livestock systems
      - Provide technical leadership and support to teams and stakeholders
      - Monitor progress, develop key performance indicators, and communicate findings
      - Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables while ensuring program compliance
      - Engage and collaborate with farmers, stakeholders, and external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in animal science, agronomy, conservation, environmental science, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in natural resource management or a related field
      - Proven experience in building partnerships with farmers, organizations, and agencies
      - Knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices and integrated crop and livestock systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-lingual skills and cross-cultural experience
      - Experience with grant writing and management
      - Familiarity with current trends in regenerative agriculture
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
