What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed reviews of identified issues and documentation in logs and databases
- Manage data integrity through error queue management and accurate reporting
- Provide support to healthcare staff for EPIC and other EHR systems
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance system efficiency and improve health information processes
- Maintain user accounts, workstations, and system configurations to ensure smooth operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of California
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED certification
- Proficient computer experience, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Great attention to detail and strict HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare information systems or EHR processes
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Crystal Reports
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
