      Head of Sales, Americas

      Remote (US) with frequent travel to Seattle, WA or Clinton Township, MI | Americas Scope

      Quickparts is hiring a Head of Sales, Americas (Director of Sales, Americas) to own revenue growth and customer expansion across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This is a field-first, hands-on hunter/closer role - you will be personally driving strategic pursuits, closing deals, and coaching sellers in live customer situations while building a high-performing commercial team.

      You will be deeply embedded with customers, on the road, and in our facilities - leading from the front to win strategic accounts and elevate our commercial execution across the Americas.

      As Head of Sales, Americas, you will:
      • Own revenue growth and shipped-revenue performance across the Americas
      • Operate as a salesperson first, manager second - a true player-coach
      • Personally lead and close high-value, strategic pursuits
      • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization
      • Expand Quickparts' presence across key verticals and geographies

      What You'll Do

      Revenue, Forecasting & Territory Management
      • Own quarterly and annual shipped-revenue targets across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
      • Maintain strong, data-driven pipeline coverage and forecasting discipline.
      • Design and execute territory plans aligned to key verticals (Aero/Defense, MedTech, Industrial).

      Field Leadership & Deal Execution
      • Spend 50%+ of your time in the field with sellers, coaching in live customer scenarios.
      • Serve as closer-in-chief for high-value and strategic opportunities.
      • Model best-in-class sales behaviors from hunting and prospecting through negotiation and post-sale support.

      Team Leadership & Talent
      • Hire, coach, and drive performance for outside sales, inside sales, and account managers.
      • Provide guidance and direction to SDRs in partnership with Marketing.
      • Emphasize field-observation-driven coaching and skills development.

      Customer & Market Development
      • Lead enterprise pursuits in target verticals leveraging Quickparts' differentiated prototyping and manufacturing capabilities.
      • Represent Quickparts at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events across the Americas.

      Cross-Functional Execution
      • Partner with Operations to align quote-to-cash execution and delivery expectations with customer commitments.
      • Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless customer outcomes and long-term account growth.

      • Shipped Revenue & Gross Margin %
      • Pipeline quality and coverage
      • Win rates and average deal size
      • Retention and expansion by vertical
      • Sales productivity and team development


      What We're Looking For
      • Must-Have Industry Background
      • Deep expertise in prototyping and manufacturing.
      • Proven success selling:
      • Tooling / Injection Molding
      • CNC Machining
      • 3D Printing
      • Assembly / Secondary Operations
      • Multi-Year Agreements
      • Plastics and Metals
      • Well-known and trusted in the prototyping and on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, with a significant industry network.


      Qualifications & Competencies
      • 10+ years in B2B industrial/manufacturing sales, including experience leading multi-region teams.
      • Demonstrated success selling CNC, molding, and additive manufacturing solutions.
      • Track record of building, managing, and scaling field sales organizations.
      • Strong hunter mentality and enterprise pursuit capability.
      • Skilled in CRM usage and data-driven forecasting.
      • Player-coach mindset with strong hands-on selling capability.
      • Strategic go-to-market planning by vertical and territory.
      • Curiosity about processes, materials, and designs.
      • Strong commercial intuition and relentless results focus.
