      The role:

      Opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Health & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team based at Garden Island defence precinct in Sydney. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in HSE, including culture, and leading the execution of health, wellness, and fitness for work programs for our business units and locations. In this position, you will act as the trusted advisor, conscience of the organization, and custodian of the standards.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead workers' compensation and return to work activities.

      • Identify injury trends and propose intervention strategies.

      • Assure health monitoring compliance with WHS regulations.

      • Provide initial medical treatment and respond to emergencies.

      • Advise on health, safety, and wellness matters to management and workers.

      • Support proactive health, safety, and wellness campaigns.

      About you?

      • Experience in an industrial environment supporting workers' compensation, injury management, and health and wellbeing.

      • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

      • Practical knowledge of emergency procedures and relevant regulations.

      • Understanding of HSE in a high-risk environment.

      • Cert IV WHS.
