What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial and periodic on-site visits to assess client needs and service quality
- Oversee and provide guidance to home services workers, ensuring high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with Illinois Title 77, Part 245 regulations and maintain accurate documentation
- Serve as the main liaison between the agency, clients, families, and home service workers
- Assist in the development and enforcement of agency policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in home services, healthcare, or a related field
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of caregiver training programs preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insured vehicle for travel within the state
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Illinois Title 77, Part 245 regulations
- Previous field experience in a medical or case management environment
- Experience with data input, case review/case note entry; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in home care
- Working knowledge of ADL/IADL assessments
