      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing research on federal, state, and local healthcare policies, regulations, and drug access legislation
      - Develop high-quality policy briefs, issue summaries, and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external partners
      - Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast impact and align strategy with emerging policy trends
      - Represent the employer at policy briefings, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings
      - Provide expert consultation regarding risk, opportunity, and strategic response frameworks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Economics, Political Science, Health Administration, or related field
      - 3-7+ years of experience in health policy analysis, research, or healthcare advocacy
      - Proven experience interpreting and assessing federal or state health policy
      - Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare delivery, financing models, and specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to produce publishable-quality briefs and reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with federal/state health agencies, public health departments, or biopharma
      - Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare policy, ACA marketplace dynamics, or drug-pricing mechanisms
      - Experience in patient access programs, hub services, or pharmaceutical commercialization strategy
