      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Health System Nursing recruitment team in aligning daily operations with organizational priorities
      - Coach and develop recruitment team members while providing regular performance feedback
      - Partner with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with workforce goals
      - Leverage data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes
      - Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse, high-quality talent pool

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing or leading recruitment teams or strategic initiatives
      - Experience in healthcare, higher education, or other complex organizations
      - Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms (e.g., Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn, SkillSurvey)
      - Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment branding
      - HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
