What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Profile and analyze large amounts of Epic source data in Chronicles
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytics solutions
- Build registries and associated components, including reports and dashboards
- Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to end users interacting with the registries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external customers on various projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose or EpicCare certification required
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an EHR/Clinical Analyst required
- Strong knowledge of Care Management and Ambulatory clinical and operational workflows
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Clarity Data Model and/or Caboodle Data Model certification
- Experience in a similar role within a hospital or health system
- SQL querying knowledge
- Knowledge of dashboard development using Tableau or similar BI platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
