      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate timely processing and case management of both non-occupational and occupational illness/injury claims in collaboration with third-party providers
      - Work with various stakeholders to ensure accurate coding, reporting, compliance, and return-to-work planning
      - Utilize case management software to manage and track active absence-related cases and maintain accurate records
      - Act as a resource on disability policies, sick leave procedures, and help resolve claim disputes and appeals
      - Develop and deliver wellness programs and serve as a wellness ambassador, promoting resources to employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a university degree in Health & Safety, Disability, and Absence Management
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of prior related experience, including consulting in a relevant area
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive information
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

      - Bilingualism in French and English, both written and verbal
      - Independent and creative problem-solving skills
      - Attention to detail in managing sensitive information
