      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephone support for end users on a variety of hardware, software, and application issues
      - Evaluate user needs and coordinate with appropriate IS personnel to resolve issues in a timely manner
      - Maintain Help Desk software to ensure trouble calls are tracked and directed to the appropriate staff
      - Assist users by troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
      - Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed to ensure efficient resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in a technical support call center or customer service environment
      - Proficiency in keyboard, computer, and telephone skills
      - Understanding of computer operating systems and PC software packages
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in IT Computer Support Specialist or Microsoft System Administrator or a related technical field
      - Two years of experience in a healthcare setting or related field
      - Demonstrated knowledge of systems administration and network systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
