      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot application issues and provide guidance to customers
      - Collaborate with the technology team to resolve identified issues
      - Document new requirements when necessary
      - Utilize decision trees to evaluate and escalate issues
      - Update knowledge base and ensure procedures are up-to-date

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented service role
      - US Citizenship is required
      - Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
      - Must reside and work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering or IT related field
      - Experience building and managing dashboards
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
      - Ability to manage work across multiple projects
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Track record of working across teams to resolve issues
      - Strong prioritization skills
      - Adaptability and independence
