What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support for the FMCSA CDLIS Gateway
- Verify and review data entries for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively regarding data status and issues
- Participate in training, quality assurance, and testing tasks
- Generate Monthly and Ad Hoc reports for FMCSA as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Analyst or relevant technology experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy as a ticketing system and Nextiva for calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Slack
- Basic SQL Server skills
