What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and support to internal customers via phone and email
- Filter support issues and assign them to different business units using an internal ticket system
- Assist in the research and resolution of support issues, providing updates to end-users
- Handle user setups, modifications, and deletions in various systems and applications
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks, including department reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year college degree or equivalent technical training
- Minimum one year of previous help desk support, customer support, or IT experience
- Strong experience with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Windows Server, MS Office, Active Directory, and CITRIX XP
- Basic knowledge of computer and printer/copier hardware
- Working knowledge of Apple iDevices (iPhone/iPad)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in A+ and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Office 365
- Familiarity with Apple iDevices (iPhone/iPad)
