The Help Desk Supervisor position coordinates the efficient and effective operations of Help Desk Services for the College. This position supervises student employees in coordination with other OIT support staff. This position will also provide technical information, support, advice and assistance for campus wide computer hardware, software, audio visual and network systems.About the company
