      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot and provide instructions over the phone using a set knowledge base format
      - Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to branch video and phone systems, access issues, and data connectivity
      - Complete user requests and routine troubleshooting scenarios, including password resets and general inquiries
      - Prioritize work based on severity and time sensitivity of situations
      - Document trends accurately for effective problem management and follow escalation procedures as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in computer science or related field OR 2 years of related work experience
      - Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
      - Ability to use general office equipment
      - Must maintain high-speed internet access and provide a suitable workspace
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills throughout all levels of the organization

      - Proven ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines
      - Experience documenting daily activities and system functions
      - Availability for occasional weekend and holiday support hours
