What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance regarding attest technology
- Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for issues
- Direct unresolved issues to higher levels of support
- Monitor performance trends of attest technology applications based on help desk tickets
- Assist with technology testing, implementations, and data transitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficient use of applicable technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Experience in a CPA firm or similar professional services providing help desk support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
- Technical knowledge of attest technology tools, such as Caseware and Service Now
