Respond to and resolve technical support tickets related to Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, VPN, and RDP.

Assist users with password resets, PST file management, and Exchange Admin tasks.

Provide both in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and IP phone systems (Microsoft Teams).

Use ticket tracking systems to document and manage technical support issues.

Troubleshoot advanced issues using tools like PowerShell.

Support security and authentication tools such as OKTA and Crowdstrike.

Provide user assistance with AWS and SharePoint systems as needed.

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face support.

Collaborate with IT teams to maintain smooth operations across all systems.

3+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.

Proficient in Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365.

Experience with network troubleshooting, VPN configuration, and IP phone systems.

Familiarity with security platforms (OKTA, Crowdstrike) and cloud tools (AWS).

Skilled in using ticketing systems and remote access tools.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with users of all technical levels.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for tracking support issues and resolutions.

Job Description:
As a Help Desk System Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring employees can operate efficiently across various technical platforms. This role involves providing direct technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with VPN access. Candidates must have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support users both in-office and remotely.You will work with platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft Teams IP phone systems, and Exchange Admin, while also gaining exposure to OKTA, Crowdstrike, AWS, and SharePoint.
