      About the role:

      Our Help Desk Technicians are the fuel that keeps the company running, well from a systems and IT perspective anyway. In this role, you are the first responders for all IT issues. From peripheral devices to passwords and imaging equipment to installation of software, you will touch it all. Our employees are your customers, clear and concise communication, and a high level of customer service are a must.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Assist with hardware and software installation and upgrades
      • Assist with the deployment of equipment for new employees and assist with onboarding
      • Maintain complete and accurate logs

      What you bring:

      • Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent certificates and/or experience
      • 1+ year of experience working in an IT support role
