- Personal computer workstation and printer hardware support
- Personal computer application software and operating system support
- Assist in supporting computerized equipment throughout the company
- Work with computer users to solve computing issues & provide technical assistance
- Participate in computer systems project implementation
- Documentation
- Other duties as required
- Competence when using Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Microsoft SQL/Access database application experience a plus but not required
- Technical college degree plus optional work experience in computer hardware, software, and network is preferred
- Telecommunication hardware/software experience a plus but not required
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and enthusiasm for learning new computer systems/applications
- Some flexibility with hours for occasional project work
