      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct structured client appointments via Zoom to identify financial gaps
      - Follow the employer's appointment framework: Fact Find ? Diagnose ? Recommend ? Close
      - Present and close high-ticket financial solutions, handling objections professionally
      - Track weekly KPIs, including appointments set, sit rate, and close rate
      - Obtain and maintain required insurance licensing while adhering to compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom
      - Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing with provided guidance
      - Ability to follow a structured sales system and be coachable
      - Comfort working in a 100% commission-based environment
      - Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and achieve weekly targets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or financial services
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets
      - Familiarity with financial planning concepts and tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
