What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deploy and configure CHC/Third-party products/solutions remotely
- Perform software installation, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation
- Coordinate conference call meetings with customers and stakeholders for assigned projects
- Provide customers with networking and Windows configuration guidance for optimal PACS solutions
- Act as a technical lead and troubleshoot technical issues for assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Engineer
- 2+ years of scripting experience
- 2+ years of experience with Windows Servers, Networking, and Enterprise-class Information Systems
- 2+ years of experience working with DICOM, HL7, and XML
- Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Technology Diploma
- MCSE and/or A+ Certification
- Experience as a CHC Technical Engineer and/or in CHC support
- IT experience in building, configuring, and supporting systems for both internal and external customers
