What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a local on-site representative for residential energy efficiency programs
- Review construction blueprints and plans to ensure compliance
- Perform diagnostic testing and field inspections during various stages of construction
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to subcontractors, developers, and homeowners
- Initiate outreach to potential customers to meet program enrollment goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- RESNET Certified Energy Rater
- Energy Star Certification
- Relevant training, education, and work experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with energy modeling software such as REM-Rate or EKOTROPE
- Previous field experience in energy efficiency or construction
- Additional relevant certifications in energy efficiency or building science
